Digital Marketing & PR Executive (Branding & Communications)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & PR Executive to lead branding and communications initiatives across Singapore. The role combines event management, performance marketing, and video production to amplify our corporate presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute high‑profile corporate events, webinars and roadshows, handling budgets, vendors and venue logistics.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies, driving post‑event engagement and lead‑generation follow‑ups.
• Conceptualise, direct and film premium video content for digital platforms, translating brand narratives into compelling visual stories.
• Design, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn to maximise ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting parameters while collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Liaise with external agencies for video editing and ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and a polished corporate demeanor for client‑facing events.
• Flexibility to work weekends for physical events, with appropriate off‑days provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
