Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join the corporate marketing team at EXEO Global’s headquarters. The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive lead generation and brand visibility through paid media, email marketing and automation, turning data insights into business results and supporting corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads to maximise lead generation, brand awareness and ROI.
• Manage HubSpot CRM workflows, including lead segmentation, automated email nurture sequences and inbound marketing campaigns.
• Design and launch email marketing campaigns and newsletters for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track, analyse and report website traffic, campaign conversions and user behaviour using Google Analytics (GA4) and platform insights.
• Collaborate with the team to align ad copy, landing pages and creative assets for seamless user journeys.
• Support the smooth execution of digital and in‑person corporate events, exhibitions and industry seminars.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging and email formats to improve click‑through and conversion rates.
• Maintain data hygiene across digital platforms and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Digital Media or related fields.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or marketing operations.
