Digital Media Planner

About the role

Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Digital Media Planner to drive the planning and execution of digital campaigns for two key accounts. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will manage the end‑to‑end process across major ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track budgets, ensure efficient spend and handle media finance for assigned campaigns.
• Create client‑facing reports using Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) for Search, Display, YouTube and Social.
• Build and maintain client relationships, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of SEM activation and optimisation experience.
• At least 1 year of experience setting up Social or programmatic ads.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, adaptable and proactive with a high‑energy attitude.
