Digital Program Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Digital Program Manager in Singapore, an onsite role based primarily in an HPE office. The position leads internal projects to meet scope, time, budget and quality expectations, manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts, and acts as a subject matter expert on complex business issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large, complex or multi-region internal projects, including detailed design of sponsors' high-level concepts, with budgets as detailed in the Impact section
• Manage project financials, meeting or exceeding approved budgets and providing reliable financial forecasts to management
• Manage upper-level stakeholder relationships
• Manage internal and external resources, typically a team of more than 20 people from multiple countries, and mentor team members
• Provide performance review input and development recommendations for team members
• Contribute to new ideas and methods, lead or guide functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives, and advise on process improvements and policies
• Represent the organization to external customers and clients, and exercise independent judgment on how to achieve objectives

Required profile

• First-level university degree
• 7+ years in project management roles or similar businesses
• In-depth understanding of the Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies for project management
• Authority on project management methods and contribution to the Services PM Profession community
