Digital Tax (AI Go-to-Market) - Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

PwC's Digital Tax team combines Tax and Technology subject matter experts to transform and automate business processes such as corporate income tax, transfer pricing and goods and services tax, using off-the-shelf applications and bespoke products. This Manager / Senior Manager role sits in the Digital Tax unit and focuses on AI go-to-market, data analytics and predictive modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to show the value of their data through analytics and visualisation.
• Develop prototypes to solve business problems and bring them to live with stakeholders.
• Build predictive modelling, statistics, data mining and other data analysis techniques to extract insights from data.
• Mine and analyse data to develop new products, improve product development, marketing and business strategy.
• Develop, use and maintain predictive and LLM models to identify business outcomes, measure risk and optimise user experience.
• Use data and models to drive risk mitigation strategies and interventions for clients.
• Manage end-to-end projects, clarifying requirements and devising research approaches.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, opportunities and lead client engagements.
• Stay up to date with current business and industry trends for AI.

Required profile

• Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) with at least 5-7 years of experience; master's degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Adequate experience in a financial or professional services firm or in a development team.
• Experience in unit/integration testing, data visualisation for stakeholders, and presenting complex ideas to clients and internal staff.
• Good to have: Go-to-market and client management experience.

Required skills

• Machine learning, deep learning and LLMs; data mining and algorithms.
• ML libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Cloud environments (Azure/Fabric, AWS, GCP) and Microsoft apps (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot).
• Modern web stacks such as MERN, API integration, SDLC (DevOps, Agile).
• UI/UX knowledge and prototyping.
• Good to have: Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps tools.
