Digital Transformation Engineer

About the role

kbr is looking for a Digital Transformation Engineer in Singapore. The role supports the development of digitalization and automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members, helping to meet project and organizational objectives. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Develop simple Python scripts and basic automation tools to improve engineering and project management processes.
• Create data dashboards, reports and visualizations to track project performance and key metrics.
• Learn about EPC project lifecycles and identify digitalization and automation opportunities.
• Analyze existing business processes and document improvement or automation opportunities.
• Contribute to workflow automation initiatives and help maintain automated reporting for project KPIs, cost tracking and scheduling.
• Take part in continuous improvement and technical upskilling on digital tools and platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline; fresh graduates are welcome, no prior work experience required.
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation and data-driven problem solving.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work collaboratively in a project-based environment.
• Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework, self-learning or internships.
• Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts.
