Director, Consulting & Alliances – ASPAC

About the role

The Director, ASPAC Consulting and Alliances will act as a regional enabler, translating KPMG’s global consulting strategy into actionable plans for the Asia‑Pacific market. Reporting to the ASPAC Head of Consulting and Alliances, you will guide member firms on investment priorities across technology domains and alliance selection.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret global consulting and alliance strategy for regional market conditions.
• Support member firms in prioritising investments in cloud, cyber, data & analytics, AI and other technology areas.
• Facilitate selection and management of alliance partners to deliver end‑to‑end digital transformation services.
• Collaborate with the ASPAC leadership to streamline delivery models and access regional funding pools.
• Drive awareness of global initiatives and enable regional consulting pursuits.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience at a senior level, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology enablement and alliance ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and work across multiple service lines.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of consulting methodologies and technology‑driven business solutions.
• Experience managing alliances and partnership ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud, cyber security, data analytics and AI concepts.
