Director, Digital Tax, AI Go-to-Market

About the role

PwC's Digital Tax unit brings together Tax and Technology subject matter experts who transform and automate business processes such as corporate income tax, transfer pricing and goods and services tax, using off-the-shelf applications and bespoke products. This Director role leads the AI go-to-market strategy, working with clients and internal stakeholders to turn data into value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to show the value of their data through analytics and visualisation
• Develop prototypes to solve business problems and bring them to live
• Build predictive modelling, statistics, data mining and other data analysis techniques
• Mine and analyse data to develop new products and improve product development, marketing and business strategy
• Develop, use and maintain predictive and LLM models to identify outcomes, measure risk and optimise user experience
• Use data and models to drive risk mitigation strategies for clients
• Manage end-to-end projects, define requirements and research approaches
• Develop go-to-market strategies, opportunities and lead client engagements
• Stay up to date with AI business and industry trends

Required profile

• Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) with at least 12 years of experience; master's or PhD preferred
• Experience in a financial or professional services firm or in a development team
• Unit/integration testing experience
• Experience visualising and presenting data to stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
