Director, Energy Sustainability

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Energy Sustainability to lead our Energy Market department. The role will drive the development of innovative HVAC and energy solutions, support customers, and shape the long‑term strategy of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the department in building solutions and capabilities for the Energy Market.
• Explore, develop and launch new HVAC, automation, PLC, SCADA and other energy‑related products.
• Provide technical consultancy, analysis and improvement plans for client HVAC plants.
• Design presales templates, processes and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with sales and business development to accelerate market delivery.
• Present the company’s value proposition and build customer confidence.
• Identify future capabilities and advise management on 5‑10 year strategy.
• Manage department budget, drive innovations and train technical solution professionals.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with 10‑15 years of strong technical experience in HVAC.
• Proven experience managing senior customers and delivering technical presentations.
• Strong operational background in HVAC and ability to handle complex situations.
• SCEM certification; preferably EEOA and Green Mark certifications.
