Director, Enterprise Sales – Greater China

About the role

The Director, Enterprise Sales (Greater China) leads Pinterest’s strategic accounts business for the region, acting as the senior internal and external representative. Based in Singapore, the role partners with global and regional sales, product, marketing, measurement, and operations teams to grow and retain the most valuable advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Greater China key‑accounts portfolio, delivering quarterly revenue, retention, and product‑adoption targets.
• Own and expand Pinterest’s largest strategic advertiser relationship, serving as senior executive sponsor and shaping joint business plans.
• Define and execute the regional key‑account strategy, including segmentation, coverage model, and capacity planning.
• Build, lead, and coach two Senior Industry Managers, establishing performance standards and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable account‑management processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms to ensure a differentiated client experience.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Measurement, Policy, and Support to unlock advertiser growth.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or strategic partnerships, with deep exposure to the Greater China market.
• Proven track record of owning and growing large, complex strategic advertiser relationships and delivering ambitious commercial targets.
• Strong people‑leadership experience building and inspiring senior sales talent.
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
