Director, Enterprise Sales

About the role

The Director, Enterprise Sales will lead revenue generation for strategic financial services customers across South‑East Asia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute growth plans for a cloud‑based data engineering, warehousing and AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue success by meeting and exceeding team sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic revenue plans focused on enterprise financial services clients.
• Build and nurture executive relationships with customers and partners, leading cross‑functional collaboration.
• Establish long‑term, trust‑based relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Enable the team to understand customers’ commercial goals and align them with the company’s value proposition.
• Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that translate technical value into business outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior executive experience at a leading software company.
• 5+ years leading high‑growth Data & AI sales teams.
• Proven track record selling enterprise solutions in the SEA region, especially Indonesia and Malaysia.
• Deep knowledge of the Data/AI ecosystem and existing relationships with hyperscalers.
• Ability to convey complex technical products to C‑suite audiences.
• Demonstrated success achieving personal and team goals while improving processes.
• Leadership skills to develop, empower and motivate employees.
• Business proficiency in languages beyond English is highly valuable.
