About the role
PWC's Strategic Capital Solutions (SCS) team in APAC is seeking a Director/Managing Director to lead structured capital advisory, private credit, and debt restructuring projects across Southeast Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Work with managing directors/partners to identify market opportunities and lead pitches.
- Oversee project execution, client communications, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Develop and coach junior team members and contribute to practice growth and new‑business development.
Required profile
- 12+ years of hands‑on experience in structured finance, corporate finance, turnaround or value‑creation work.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end deal processes from pitching to execution.
- Experience handling clients in the Southeast Asia region.
