Director, Marketing Operations

About the role

The Director, Marketing Operations leads a pioneering company specializing in immersive digital experiences and metaverse technologies. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the role drives rigorous planning, analytics excellence and cross-functional alignment so that marketing strategies become measurable execution. It is a strategic and operational leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead annual and quarterly planning and manage marketing budgets.
• Establish scalable performance measurement processes and introduce AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Lead performance management frameworks and deliver data-driven insights.
• Act as a bridge between marketing, sales and product teams, ensuring go-to-market plans are executed with clear accountability.
• Prepare executive reports and communicate complex data clearly to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, strategy or business operations, preferably with field marketing exposure.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, KPI management and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, go-to-market strategies and alignment with revenue objectives.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to turn complex data into concise narratives for senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Managing marketing budgets, including tracking, forecasting and ROI analysis.
• Building scalable processes for performance measurement, attribution and reporting.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives, especially with sales operations and product teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools, or willingness to introduce and use them to optimize marketing operations.
