Director of Account Management – Financial Services (APAC)

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a Director of Account Management for its Financial Services business in APAC. In this senior leadership position you will own the strategy and execution of revenue generation from existing customers, driving renewals, upsells and long‑term client value across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to exceed renewal and growth targets.
• Analyze product usage data to identify adoption trends, create playbooks and execute plans that increase customer engagement.
• Build scalable processes, frameworks and forecasting models to support predictable revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Enablement and Marketing to align on roadmap feedback and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Recruit, coach and mentor talent, providing regular performance visibility to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven leader with experience managing post‑sales teams that have direct revenue accountability.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets in a high‑velocity SaaS environment.
• Strategic, systems‑oriented thinker who can design scalable, data‑driven processes.
• Customer‑centric mindset, comfortable building relationships with senior financial services clients and handling escalations.
• Excellent communicator able to translate complex data into actionable insights for C‑suite stakeholders.
