Director of Customer Success, APAC - Industrial

About the role

The Director of Customer Success will lead the APAC Customer Success team, driving adoption and value for Seeq’s industrial intelligence platform across process manufacturing sectors. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams to shape and execute strategies that ensure customer success, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer success strategies aligned with Seeq’s objectives and customer goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Own and achieve key KPIs such as Gross Retention Rate (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion targets.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers and Analytics Engineers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as the organization scales.
• Analyze customer performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Continuously refine success processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present complex strategies and data to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Resolve escalations and conflicts with strong problem‑solving and diplomatic skills.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Analytics Engineering, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of people‑management experience.
• Minimum 10 years in enterprise software, preferably SaaS.
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS business motions and the customer lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers in process manufacturing (O&G, chemicals, pharma, power, etc.).
