Director of FP&A

About the role

We are seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a fast‑growing multinational ad‑tech company. This high‑visibility position works directly with the CEO and senior leaders to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the forecast and budget process, maintaining rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range plans across revenue, OPEX, and headcount.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering leaders to build department budgets, track spend, and identify variances early.
• Prepare board, lender, and investor materials, including KPI dashboards, churn analysis, and cash‑runway modeling.
• Develop and maintain revenue models, scenario analyses, and unit‑economics metrics such as CAC, LTV, and net revenue retention.
• Support consolidated reporting across US, UK, Ireland, and Singapore entities, coordinating with local finance teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to planning tools, reporting cadence, and data flow between accounting systems and FP&A models.
• Mentor and eventually manage a growing FP&A team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS, ad‑tech, or other subscription/usage‑based revenue businesses.
• Proven ability to prepare board‑level presentations and translate financial data into clear narratives for executives.
• Experience handling multi‑entity or multinational finance, preferably with UK/Ireland or APAC exposure.
• Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Deep familiarity with recurring revenue metrics (ARR, churn, CAC/LTV, net revenue retention).
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of planning tools like Adaptive Insights or Pigment.
