Director of Product

About the role

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Product to lead the strategy and roadmap for creator and player experiences across its global platforms. Based in Singapore with a hybrid work model, you will report to the Vice President of Product & GTM and shape the product vision that drives growth, safety and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, setting metrics such as activation, D1/D7/D30 retention, creation rate, payer conversion and safety health.
• Lead localization and culturalization efforts, creating frameworks for regional tone, norms and age‑appropriate design across UX, content policy and communications.
• Optimize creator workflows for different platforms and devices to reduce time‑to‑first‑publish and improve creator retention and content quality.
• Enhance player experience in feeds, discovery, recommendations, profiles and community features while balancing engagement with well‑being and safety‑by‑design.
• Partner with monetisation teams to align pricing, subscriptions, marketplace design, rewards and entitlement systems for each region.
• Institutionalise safety, integrity and policy as core product requirements, including age/region gating and guardianship consent.
• Build and lead a product organisation, collaborating with platform engineering and cross‑functional product teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior product leadership experience, preferably in gaming or interactive entertainment.
• Track record of delivering growth in DAU, retention and creator metrics.
• Deep understanding of localization, culturalization and player safety considerations.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and experiment‑heavy culture.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, monetisation and policy teams.
