Director of Revenue Operations APAC

About the role

The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the strategic development and execution of a unified revenue operations framework across sales, marketing and customer success for Emerson Fluid & Motion Control in the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Revenue Operations, this senior leader will translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes and ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Business Intelligence: drive growth by analysing internal performance data, customer engagement patterns and market trends; establish and monitor KPIs, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Process Optimization: simplify and standardise commercial processes, remove friction in sales execution and customer engagement workflows, and ensure scalability.
• Channel Strategy & Segmentation: design data‑driven channel segmentation models, analyse partner performance and cost‑to‑serve, and support decisions on direct vs. indirect channel structures.
• Customer Services & Digital Sales: provide leadership to Customer Services and Digital Sales teams, ensure consistent high‑quality interactions from order entry through post‑sale support, and align inside‑sales activities with broader commercial objectives.
• Commercial Systems & Tools: drive adoption and optimisation of CRM systems such as Salesforce and business‑intelligence platforms across the APAC region.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in revenue operations or commercial excellence, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing and customer success in the APAC region.

Required skills

• Expertise in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
