Director of Revenue Operations

About the role

The Director of Revenue Operations will shape and execute a unified revenue‑operations framework that drives growth, scales performance, and ensures commercial excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success for Emerson Fluid & Motion Control in the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business intelligence initiatives by analysing internal performance data, customer engagement patterns and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Assess and refine go‑to‑market models, establishing KPIs and delivering regular insights to senior leadership.
• Champion simplification and standardisation of commercial processes, removing friction in sales execution and customer‑engagement workflows.
• Design data‑driven channel segmentation models, analyse partner performance and support decisions on direct vs. indirect sales motions.
• Provide strategic leadership to Customer Services and Digital Sales teams, ensuring consistent, high‑quality customer interactions from order entry through post‑sale support.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of CRM systems such as Salesforce and business‑intelligence tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
