Director, Real Estate Delivery – EMEA/APAC

About the role

The Director, Real Estate Delivery for EMEA/APAC will lead the end‑to‑end execution of real‑estate transactions, projects and portfolio initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific. Reporting to the global real‑estate function, the role will ensure alignment with the company’s overall real‑estate strategy while navigating diverse regulatory, market and labour environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of real‑estate acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects across the region.
• Lead regional delivery teams and coordinate with cross‑functional partners to meet strategic objectives.
• Manage portfolio initiatives, including optimisation, consolidation and cost‑efficiency programmes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and sustainability standards.
• Provide governance, reporting and risk‑management oversight for all regional real‑estate activities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in real‑estate delivery or portfolio management within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and market differences across EMEA and APAC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
