Director, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs – Base & Balanced Markets & Indonesia

About the role

The Director, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) leads the scientific and regulatory agenda across Indonesia and the Base & Balanced markets. This senior position is responsible for end‑to‑end SRA execution in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and Brunei, and provides strategic oversight for Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regulatory compliance, formula and ingredient assessments, product registrations, labeling, claims, packaging, food‑contact materials and promotional material approvals.
• Lead regulatory advocacy to remove barriers and enable innovation in line with the company’s Total Beverage strategy.
• Engage with regulatory authorities, industry organisations, trade associations and external stakeholders.
• Provide scientific and regulatory guidance to Marketing, Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability, Legal, R&D, TI&SC and bottling partners.
• Oversee a team of two for Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia, delivering strategic support on regulatory priorities, innovation and emerging risks.
