About the role

As Director of Semiconductor Supply Chain Management at SiTime, you will lead the global supply chain strategy during a pivotal growth phase, working directly with the executive team to build resilient, agile networks that deliver breakthrough timing products efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a forward‑thinking supply chain roadmap that supports ambitious growth targets and technology roadmap.
• Lead modernization of supply chain systems, integrating advanced analytics and automation to enhance visibility and decision‑making.
• Orchestrate supply chain transformation initiatives to improve flexibility, reliability and cost structure.
• Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Sales and Finance to align supply capabilities with product innovation and customer needs.
• Optimize the global supplier network, balancing cost, quality and risk considerations.
• Develop sophisticated risk mitigation strategies to navigate semiconductor industry challenges and protect business continuity.
• Cultivate a high‑performance team that embraces innovation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing supply chain roadmaps in high‑growth technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to modernize supply chain systems with advanced analytics and automation.
• Track record of leading transformation initiatives that enhance flexibility, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Operations, Sales and Finance.
• Expertise in optimizing global supplier networks while managing cost, quality and risk.
• Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for semiconductor industry challenges.
• Experience building and leading high‑performance teams focused on innovation and operational excellence.
