Director, Technical Program Management – Agent Suite

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Technical Program Management for its Agent Suite, a suite of services that enables enterprise‑scale deployment of agentic AI. The role oversees the entire engagement lifecycle, ensuring the vision, scope, and governance remain aligned from initial scoping through production hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary steward of every Agent Suite engagement in the market, safeguarding the Statement of Work and overall project governance.
• Support the full pre‑sales cycle, including scoping, proposal coordination, and SOW integrity.
• Run multiple system‑integrator engagements concurrently while maintaining vendor accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects in a POD model to translate technical architecture into actionable delivery plans.
• Orchestrate commercial and delivery engines across multi‑vendor environments.
• Ensure compliance with Mastercard policies and client regulatory requirements throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑vendor technology programmes, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI deployment and payments ecosystem.
• Ability to establish and sustain governance frameworks without excessive documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
