Dispute Resolution Associate (2–6 PQE) – Singapore

About the role

This position is for a Dispute Resolution Associate with 2–6 years post‑qualification experience, joining a boutique, conflict‑free law firm expanding its Singapore practice. The role offers early autonomy and direct involvement in high‑value, cross‑border disputes and international arbitration matters.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with an experienced international team to develop the Singapore practice.
• Participate in sophisticated cross‑border disputes and international arbitration cases.
• Provide client exposure and take early responsibility on complex commercial matters.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm’s platform in Singapore.

Required profile

• Singapore‑qualified lawyer with approximately 2–6 years PQE in disputes work.
• Experience training and practising at a leading international or top‑tier Singapore firm.
• Background in international arbitration and/or cross‑border disputes.
• Strong technical ability combined with sound commercial judgement.
• International outlook, preferably exposure to English‑law governed matters.
• Willingness to work in a lean, entrepreneurial team.
