Contracts Specialist - Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to support regional contracting activities for a multinational organisation operating in the oil & gas sector across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role sits in a central team and collaborates closely with legal, procurement and business stakeholders to ensure efficient end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and process commercial agreements such as NDAs, vendor and service contracts.
• Manage contract lifecycle workflows, including approvals, execution and amendments.
• Maintain contract records and support contract management systems.
• Ensure contracts align with internal policies, templates and risk guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on contracting processes.
• Coordinate with legal teams and external counsel on complex matters when required.

Required profile

• Experience in contracts management, legal operations or paralegal roles.
• Background in energy or commodities is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
• Detail‑oriented and process‑driven.
• Comfortable working with diverse business stakeholders across functions.
