About the role
We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to support regional contracting activities for a multinational organisation operating in the oil & gas sector across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role sits in a central team and collaborates closely with legal, procurement and business stakeholders to ensure efficient end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and process commercial agreements such as NDAs, vendor and service contracts.
- Manage contract lifecycle workflows, including approvals, execution and amendments.
- Maintain contract records and support contract management systems.
- Ensure contracts align with internal policies, templates and risk guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on contracting processes.
- Coordinate with legal teams and external counsel on complex matters when required.
Required profile
- Experience in contracts management, legal operations or paralegal roles.
- Background in energy or commodities is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
- Detail‑oriented and process‑driven.
- Comfortable working with diverse business stakeholders across functions.
