Distribution Account Manager

About the role

Hanwha Vision is seeking a motivated Distribution Account Manager to accelerate growth across South East Asia. You will lead distributor relationships, expand our channel ecosystem, and ensure our video surveillance solutions reach new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing distribution partners throughout the ASEAN region.
• Create and execute joint business plans with clear growth targets and regular performance reviews.
• Drive profitable sell‑in and sell‑out growth through structured distributor engagement.
• Recruit, activate, and enable new channel partners, promoting the Hanwha STEP program.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, pre‑sales and operations teams to increase product knowledge and solution awareness.
• Conduct forecasting discussions, monitor stock levels, pipeline, and product mix.
• Plan and support distributor marketing activities, campaigns, events, and trade shows.
• Track ROI of marketing initiatives and provide market insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a strong focus on sales growth.
• Experience managing distribution channels in South East Asia.
• Ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset for forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
