Distribution Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Distribution Sales Manager to join our Singapore office. The role combines the responsibility of expanding our channel partner ecosystem across ASEAN with acting as the dedicated Key Account Manager for one of our most strategic customers in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a distribution sales strategy for ASEAN to exceed revenue and design‑win targets.
• Manage, support and evaluate regional distribution partners, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with partners on inventory, buffer stock and demand forecasting to mitigate supply risks.
• Provide product training and business reviews to distributor sales and engineering teams.
• Oversee the channel sales funnel, POS data and design registration programs.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for a premier ASEAN key account, driving market share and design‑in activities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, master supply and NDA agreements with the key customer.
• Maintain accurate demand forecasts and capacity planning for flawless supply continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience in electronic components, interconnect or semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 3 years focused on regional channel/distribution management.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the electronic components and semiconductor market.
• Experience with channel sales and distribution management.
