Doorman – Guest Services at Marina Bay Hotel

About the role

As a Doorman at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with the front office, concierge and bell service teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor in line with brand standards.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors, assist with luggage, and escort guests to the lobby.
• Coordinate with Bell Service, Concierge and Lobby Ambassador teams for smooth guest flow.
• Manage traffic at the hotel driveway and entrance, and arrange taxis or limousines.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance, driveway and equipment.
• Stay alert, report suspicious activity and follow safety and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining standards.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, customer service or related fields is an advantage.
