Driver cum Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Driver cum Operations Assistant to support our head office and multiple learning centres in Singapore. This hybrid role combines safe vehicle operation with hands‑on facilities and equipment support, ensuring smooth daily operations across locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment, facilities, and building services across the head office and learning centres.
• Liaise with landlords, building management and contractors on safety, maintenance and building‑related matters.
• Arrange servicing or replacement of air‑conditioning, lighting, CCTV and fire‑safety systems.
• Provide basic technical support for interactive whiteboards, visualisers, projectors and laptops.
• Manage deliveries, set‑up of internet, telephone and NETS services for new centres.
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing office equipment, computers and laptops, obtaining quotations as needed.
• Print, collate, pack and deliver learning materials to centres promptly.
• Support packing, movement and arrangement of furniture and equipment during relocations, events and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance and centre‑support activities.
• Perform other facilities and operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Nitec or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least two years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, technical support or a similar environment.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Comfortable coordinating with contractors, landlords and external service providers.
• Organised with the ability to support multiple locations.

• Basic troubleshooting of office, AV or IT equipment
