Logistics Specialist – Warehouse

About the role

The Logistics Specialist – Warehouse will oversee all warehouse activities for raw materials, semi‑finished and finished goods at our Tampines facility. You will ensure smooth receiving, storage, inventory control and shipment processes while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage raw material warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storage, inventory control and shipment.
• Handle scrapped products with proper documentation, storage and disposal.
• Oversee finished and semi‑finished product warehousing, packaging and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse facilities such as cold rooms, ASRS and other automated storage systems.
• Implement and uphold Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) policies and 5S standards.
• Support warehouse area planning, storage allocation and utilization.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automation or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics.
• Forklift license or certification is an advantage.
• Relevant licences or certifications for handling organic solvents or chemicals are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, safety‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
