E-Commerce Executive

About the role

The E‑Commerce Executive will oversee daily operations of ZIXIN’s online marketplaces and drive sales growth across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will manage product listings, promotional campaigns and collaborate closely with marketing to enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company’s e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Create, upload and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
• Execute online marketing campaigns, including product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Work with the marketing team to optimise product content, images and customer engagement.
• Handle customer enquiries, reviews and feedback to ensure high‑quality service.
• Analyse sales data, website traffic and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers and external partners to maximise platform performance.
• Support livestream sales activities and social commerce initiatives as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with e‑commerce trends, competitor activities and marketplace policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, online retail or digital sales.
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces (advantageous).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media and online promotional tools.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry is a plus.
