E-Commerce Fulfillment Executive

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Fulfillment Executive to join our warehouse team in Singapore. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end order fulfilment process for our online sales channels, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process and fulfil daily e‑commerce orders with precision.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare parcels for shipment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts and support replenishment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Handle returns, exchanges and damaged goods.
• Liaise with customer service on order and delivery issues.
• Support additional warehouse and fulfilment tasks as required.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in e‑commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations or order processing.
• Familiarity with online marketplace or e‑commerce order management workflows.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and physically fit for warehouse duties.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
