Early Years Educator (EY2 Certified) – Islandwide, Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator (EY2 Certified) to join our islandwide network of preschools in Singapore. You will create a safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their development through a culturally appropriate curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure, high‑quality learning environment for infants and toddlers.
• Co‑design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that integrate innovative teaching practices.
• Build trusting relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Guide junior educators, supporting their professional growth.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and collaborative culture within the preschool.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Candidates currently pursuing HCIC/ACEY are also welcome.
• Relevant experience teaching infants and toddlers is preferred.
