About the role
Cognita Schools is recruiting an Early Years Teacher Assistant for the Australian International School in Singapore. The role suits someone passionate about making a positive impact and driven by growth and development. The position starts in January 2027.
Required profile
- Diploma in Early Childhood or similar qualification
- At least 2 years of experience working with small children aged 2-5 in a school or day care setting
- International experience highly regarded
- Further qualifications in Early Childhood are an advantage

- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Patience with students and parents
- Sound organisational and time management skills
- Nurturing manner and compassion for small children
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Minimal IT skills
