E‑Commerce Marketplace & Retail Digital Media Manager

About the role

Nestlé Purina Petcare is looking for an experienced professional to lead its regional e‑Commerce marketplace, social commerce and retail digital media strategy. The role will own the go‑to‑market plan, optimise media investments and drive commercial effectiveness across the shopper journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale the ePetshop marketplace strategy, including joint‑business‑plan frameworks with local markets.
• Define the regional Retail Digital Media operating model, set investment guidance and build a measurement framework.
• Lead the social commerce strategy, creating a frictionless path from discovery to purchase on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Provide category insights, align plans with the e‑Commerce strategy and drive growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain an ePetshop mapping dashboard to track performance and identify new partners.
• Partner with commerce and finance leads to govern strategy and ensure accountable investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or merchandising.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital platforms.
• Proven track‑record of driving traffic acquisition and conversion.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate across regions.
