About the role
The REFASH Ecommerce Operations Intern will support the growth and performance of the online store, helping to achieve monthly KPIs. This full‑time 6‑7 month internship starts in Dec 2026/Jan 2027 and is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Shoot and measure merchandise for online listings.
- Edit and upload product information.
- Manage order fulfilment processes.
- Oversee warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with the MY e‑commerce ops team to ensure smooth delivery and logistics.
- Record feedback meticulously and promptly escalate issues to relevant teams.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- Good command of English.
- Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
- Strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Available for full‑time work for 6‑7 months starting Dec 2026 or Jan 2027.
