E‑Commerce Specialist – South Asia Pacific

About the role

Bulgari is seeking an energetic and highly driven E‑Commerce Specialist to manage its online operations across Singapore and Australia. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with local, regional and global teams to ensure a seamless omni‑channel experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive flawless execution of e‑commerce operations for Singapore and Australia, monitoring NPS and escalating customer feedback.
• Act as backup for the Australian market to guarantee business continuity during edge‑case scenarios.
• Plan and roll out online events such as pre‑orders and product launches.
• Test, audit and troubleshoot the e‑commerce site, updating promotional banners, category pages and store locator information.
• Collaborate with global teams on SEO opportunities, SEM copy reviews, and UAT for new payment systems or conversion optimisations.
• Produce weekly e‑commerce performance reports in partnership with the e‑commerce manager.
• Support concierge services by reviewing “Notify Me” reports and facilitating remote sales.

• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
