Education Consultant cum Business Development Executive

About the role

EDSCEND INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Education Consultant cum Business Development Executive to guide students and parents through education pathways and to develop partnership opportunities across Singapore, China and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with students and parents via WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings to assess academic background, expectations, budget and goals, and recommend suitable schools, programmes, enrichment courses or overseas study options.
• Assist with admissions applications, collect and submit documents, coordinate interviews, placement tests, school visits and keep applicants informed of status.
• Support partnership development by identifying potential joint‑venture partners, preparing proposals and presentation decks, arranging meetings and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective education partners.
• Drive sales by following up enquiries, managing a clear pipeline, converting leads into enrolments and contributing to revenue and partnership targets.
• Participate in marketing and events such as education talks, webinars, seminars and school visits to promote the company’s services.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) with strong communication skills.
• Client‑facing experience in education consultancy or related fields.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with families and business partners across different cultures.
