Electrical BIM Modeller

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Electrical BIM Modeller in Singapore. The role covers preparing electrical BIM models and drawings for residential projects and coordinating them with architectural, structural and other M&E services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop electrical BIM models and drawings for residential projects.
• Produce coordinated electrical layouts, shop drawings and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and other M&E services, and identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Update BIM models in line with project and site changes and consultant comments.
• Work closely with Project Engineers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models meet project requirements and submission standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience as an Electrical BIM Modeller on Singapore HDB or condominium residential projects; candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and M&E coordination.
