Electrical cum Admin (Senior Management)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Electrical cum Admin professional to lead M&E site operations and handle administrative responsibilities at DHATCH M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The role combines on‑site electrical supervision with coordination of office tasks to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily ground operations, installation and maintenance activities for M&E/electrical works on site.
• Coordinate workflows, shift assignments and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against schedules, reporting issues to the Project Manager.
• Enforce site safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to Permit‑to‑Work and PPE requirements.
• Read and interpret site drawings, electrical schematics, single‑line diagrams and layout plans.
• Maintain daily logs, inspection reports, material delivery records and site progress documentation.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec / Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building/Construction or related field.
• Relevant experience in site supervision, M&E works or electrical installation projects.
• Valid Singapore safety certifications (e.g., BCSS) are an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and handle physical work conditions.
