Electrical / Mechanical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

About the role

Interocean is looking for experienced Project Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across several disciplines to support upcoming Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) shipyard projects. Short-term and long-term assignments are available in the Middle East, Singapore and West Africa, with immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and engineering support during MODU shipyard projects
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
• Support commissioning, inspections and troubleshooting
• Contribute to project planning, reporting and documentation

Required profile

• Proven experience in MODU shipyard environments
• Strong technical background in one or more of the required disciplines
• Ability to work in international locations and adapt to diverse project teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications
