Enforcement Officer – 2B License Required

About the role
Join TOP PARKING as an Enforcement Officer responsible for maintaining order across car parks islandwide. You will conduct routine patrols, enforce parking regulations, and ensure a safe environment for all users.
Key responsibilities
- Routine car park patrol and vehicle checks
- Attend to illegal parking cases
- Execute wheel‑clamping for parking violations and non‑payment
- Issue summons for parking infringements
- Attend to car park service recovery
- Perform housekeeping, basic maintenance and update defect logs
- Take photos during deployed duties
- Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties assigned
Required profile
- Valid 2B driving license
- Physically fit and alert
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Able to handle difficult situations calmly and fairly
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays
- Prior enforcement experience is a plus but not required
Required skills
- Valid 2B driving license
What we offer
- Salary range SGD 2,600 – 2,800 per month
- Entitlement to overtime pay
- 6‑day work week with 8‑hour rotational shifts
