Engineer – Design and Project Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Engineer to plan and coordinate design and technical matters across multiple projects. You will support the marketing team on tender proposals, liaise with clients and engineers, and ensure smooth site progress while adhering to company processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate design and technical aspects of projects.
• Assist marketing in tender proposals and sales activities.
• Review contract documents and prepare method statements, calculations, and technical submittals.
• Collaborate with the Design Division on shop‑drawing production and verify their accuracy.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Liaise with client representatives and engineers to resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Negotiate contractual matters with clients.
• Produce monthly Site Activity Reports and bi‑weekly Project Progress Reports.
• Ensure compliance with IMS processes, OSH risk assessments, and EMS registers.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Outgoing, service‑driven attitude with a positive "can‑do" mindset.
• Proactive, self‑motivated problem‑solver.
• Strong time‑management and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
