Engineer / Senior Technical Officer – Facilities Management

About the role

The Engineer / Senior Technical Officer will be the main point of contact for all facilities management (FM) matters within an assigned portfolio. You will lead FM operations, ensure service quality, and collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FM contact for the portfolio and attend client meetings to provide updates.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities management operations.
• Maintain current and relevant operational plans and ensure they stay on target.
• Achieve or exceed contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate work assignments among technicians, vendors, and contractors, and review backlogged work orders for timely completion.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service performance, and approve invoices for completed work.
• Handle service requests, fault reporting, feedback, and enquiries.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Quality Assurance or Quality Check experience is an advantage.
