Engineering Manager, AI (Agentic Enablement)

About the role

Reap is building a borderless, stablecoin‑enabled finance platform and is looking for an Engineering Manager to turn its AI initiatives into a production‑grade capability. You will lead the creation of a robust AI platform that powers internal workflows, data access, and operational automation across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture of the AI platform layer, including MCP servers, agentic workflows, and internal AI infrastructure.
• Establish security, authentication, permissioning, rate‑limiting, and auditing standards for safe access to live financial data.
• Expand AI coverage to new domains such as cards, payments, treasury, onboarding, compliance, and support.
• Set technical direction, conduct design and code reviews, and ensure production‑ready implementations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Support teams to deliver measurable operational leverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams building AI‑enabled production systems.
• Strong understanding of data security, access control, and auditability in financial contexts.
• Ability to translate AI research and prototypes into scalable, reliable services.
• Hands‑on technical leadership with a focus on delivering production outcomes.
