Engineering Manager

About the role

The Engineering Manager will lead the hydraulic engineering activities for our operations on Jurong Island. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable performance of hydraulic equipment and supporting the service team in delivering high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and review hydraulic schematics to guide maintenance and design work.
• Perform troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead on‑site work independently while coordinating with service engineers and technicians.
• Oversee repair and refurbishment of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and hydraulic power units.
• Provide simple hydraulic system design support when required.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in hydraulic engineering.
• Ability to work autonomously on site and collaborate effectively with a technical team.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
