Engineering Product Manager

About the role

Apple’s Enterprise Business Apps team is seeking an Engineering Product Manager in Singapore to lead the delivery of internal applications that support hardware technology operations across APAC. You will blend product management discipline with hands‑on frontend engineering to drive modern development practices and accelerate the design‑to‑production cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with frontend and backend engineers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope, set milestones, and track execution from concept to production release.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination across multiple teams, align priorities, manage dependencies, and communicate project health to leadership.
• Run weekly status reviews, identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Drive process improvements and explore automation opportunities to increase team velocity and streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program or project management with software engineering teams.
• Hands‑on frontend engineering experience, especially with React and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to deliver web applications from concept through production.
• Strong coordination skills for complex, multi‑team initiatives and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication tailored to technical and business audiences.
