Engineering Specialist (QMS / IATF Experience)

About the role

A full-time Engineering Specialist position in Singapore, based in the East Region, supporting the QA or Quality Manager in implementing QMS improvement initiatives across departments so that the organisation complies with IATF requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support QA or Quality Manager in QMS improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with IATF requirements.
• Review batch release activities for production and approve records as delegated by the QA Manager.
• Promote awareness of the Quality Policy, objectives and customer-specific requirements.
• Verify and manage CAPA for quality issues and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Update and maintain compliance with CSR and provide training to employees.
• Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and quality-related instructions.
• Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits (customer, internal, supplier).
• Conduct IATF/ISO internal audits, report nonconformities and suggest improvements.
• Assist in customer complaint handling and investigation, resolve quality issues in production and support audits.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IATF systems and audits.
• Team player with a responsible, positive attitude and the ability to multitask.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and interact with staff at all levels.
