Engineering Technician (Permanent)

About the role

The Engineering Technician will provide direct support to the team leader and engineering staff on daily assignments and projects across our islandwide operations. You will ensure tools, equipment, and materials are ready and maintained for efficient workshop and site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and check tools and equipment for daily tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of a wide range of tools and machinery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment under senior guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
• Participate in daily housekeeping to keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Diploma/NITEC or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a technical or maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
