English Teacher (Primary 2 – Secondary 4)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate English Teacher to join our academic team on a full‑time basis. You will teach students from Primary 2 to Secondary 4, helping them build strong foundations in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality English lessons for Primary 2 to Secondary 4.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, listening and speaking.
• Prepare students for school assessments and major examinations such as PSLE, SEC/O‑Level, IGCSE.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, class quizzes, writing assessments and mock exams.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback on written and oral work.
• Monitor individual progress and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.
• Offer one‑on‑one and small‑group support where required.
• Prepare lesson materials, worksheets and revision resources.
• Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant English teaching experience.
• Ability to teach across Primary 2 to Secondary 4 levels.
• IELTS overall score of at least 7.0.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
